NOIR POETRY 365 DAY 009 | POEM #011

[THE THIRD MAN]

the third man

always lurking

the void behind

a grin scratching

words against

words

offering

nothing

dispensing

spleen

barren hands

there not there

a remnant

a cat

dead inside

the third man
